This month we sort out the facts about fat
including fat in the body and fat in the food.

FITNESS FOR LIFE: GETTING THE MOST OUT OF MOVING YOUR BODY
Discussion centers around staying active.
You will learn about metabolism, calories as fuel, how calories differ,
and the starvation state.

SUMMER GRILLING -- EASY AND NUTRITIOUS

DIET -- THE FOUR LETTER WORD
Learn all about the psychology of eating, how our eating habits start.
We review diet as a noun
(consuming food and drink as a prescribed or planned meal plan)
and as a verb (dieting for weight loss).
Find out about how eating is affected by communication
and how not to feel guilty about "wondering".
